Services

What we offer

Three ways of working, often combined. If you are not sure where to start, call and describe what is going on.

Wellness Consultation

We start by listening. You walk through what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what a good day looks like for you. You leave with a written plan you can actually follow at home.

  • Full intake: sleep, digestion, stress, cycle, energy
  • Written plan you take home
  • Clear next steps, no pressure to commit to a package

Herbal Support

Teas, tinctures, and simple daily rituals matched to what your consultation turned up. Everything is explained in plain language so you know what you're taking and why.

  • Blends matched to your intake
  • Guidance on timing, dosing, and what to watch for
  • Reviewed alongside anything your doctor has you on

Restorative Bodywork

Slow, intentional bodywork with breath and heat. Sessions are built around where you hold tension rather than a fixed routine, and the room stays quiet the whole time.

  • Pace set by you, not by a script
  • Warm room, low light, no upselling
  • Aftercare notes so the work holds

Questions

Before your first visit

Do I need a referral?
No. You can call and book directly.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. Holistic care works alongside your medical care. Keep your physician in the loop, and bring your current medications and supplements to your first visit.
How long is a first visit?
Plan for a longer first appointment than you may be used to. The intake conversation is the part that makes everything else work.
What should I bring?
A list of anything you take daily, recent labs if you have them, and your questions.
Where are you located?
337 Jefferson St, Statham, Georgia 30666.
